Hi.

I just blew my top, and i felt that i kinda got into some kinda fits.
It was dumb. I was so pissed tt i can literally feel tt my hair was on fire, my head was burning, and my eyes was just staring. I was growling.

I know it was scary.

After tt i tot thru wat happened, maybe i was just too stressed.

Just the other day, i cried myself to sleep.
I was very sad, the moment i tot of it, i cried.
I tried to be strong and not cry, but the more i did.

I'm going thru a very 'depress' time right now.

I get pissed easily.
I hate people, esp friends.
They seem fake.
They no longer are real.

I dun see the pt of having friends now.
When they need u, u help.
When u need them, they are always never there.

I feel like collapsing.

Real Hatred is growing everyday.
With hatred, grows anger.
With anger, comes revenge.

I dun want any revenge,
therefore i must learn how to relax and let go.

I cant! I just cant!
I can feel my heart thumping so hard.

I'm angry with myself.
